You may request a refund at any time if your ordered content is defective, unavailable or does not perform as stated.
Please contact the helpdesk for refund assistance. Please note that we can only action requests sent from the email address of the account holder for security reasons. When requesting a refund, please include why you are requesting a refund and attach as much evidence to support your claim as possible.
Our internal refund review process may take up to 21 business days.
